Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am chasing a logo design to help me get up and running a business concept that I have. I have detailed a brief below and attached more information for what I am trying to do. I am struggling a little with the concept of what the logo should it include, does it just have the business name or does it need a tagline incorporated with it so clients know more about what I do. Any advice is appreciated.

CRE8 Property Options – Design Brief

There are several components to the business model, but the true essence is to increase the value of a clients property value through renovation and property styling.
I am still deciding on the most appropriate tag line to go with our business name, at present I am leaning towards either of the top two in the below list. I am open for suggestions if you come across a great idea.

I am looking for a logo design that will fit with the business, plus flow through to a nice simple template website. I am not aiming to be a construction business or a real estate business, although I utilise both to achieve the end goal, increasing property values. I believe my unique point is that I will pay for works to be completed, and the property owner only pays me when the property is sold (subject to conditions of course). There is another company that has just started the same offer – fix, sell, pay. They have a website under construction.

I imagine my website will be:
• Quite natural and earthy in tones, as when renovating houses we tend to use a warm, neutral and inviting colour palate, appealing to the masses, not the minority;
• Images will be paramount to portray the before and after shots of the renovation
The website will feature case studies and testimonials from previous properties completed. I am more than happy to receive feedback or guidance on how the website should look and feel, at this stage I just want to complete a logo initially and go from there.
