Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo to our consultancy and R&D company that deals with electrical engineering in a general way.
However, we are specialized in the power systems area (e.g. high voltage equipment’s and techniques; algorithms, modeling and simulation; electricity generation, transmission and distribution; lightning and surge suppression; protection and insulation coordination; smart grids; renewable generation and so on).
We are focused on searching for intelligent solutions to power systems problems; improve the efficiency and efficacy of the current system planning, development, operation and maintenance.
This way we are trying to be different from the usual lightning followed by the name, but use some creative and modern composition, which could or not employ a lightning.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Three files:
  1) 1440x900, 1200 DPI, TIFF
  2) Transparent GIF or PNG
  3) SVG or CDR

Schön zu haben

• One possible idea is to use, improve or incorporate an old logo, which is a fused M with an A followed by a lightning stylized S, which is based on the company name (MA S…). Attached file with a draft of the old logo outline (Do not be hooked to it).
  Important: The A must not be featured alone.
  Two options, only the M and S are displayed or the A is fused with the M, being highlighted into the M by some strategy, considering it do not obfuscate the M itself.
  
  Preferred colors, but not limited to, are red and blue.
