Figur-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We will be developing a storyboard to animate an online storybook for sales people. It is a drama type story to transfer the human values to be preserved when exposed to trade/commerce/riches. It works on ethics by narrating a story which is touchy, compeling, heartbreaking. We need gray scale characters (2, a man and a woman) in three different ages appereance.
Character 1 : Francisco, he is a shoe salesman, a man who lived in 1600, working class, suffered , used to drink, worked long hours under the sun, likes money, he is ambitous but overall he is an honest , compasive, believer in God and true good heart man. He has been exposed to Jesus Christ message. We need him representing 35, 53 and 70 years old. Idea is to resemble "UP" character "Carl", i attached image, but not copy. Should only be used as creative start point idea to create a character which is original and unique.
Character 2 : Isabel, she is a very beautiful 14 year old lady in 1600 , saint, touched by the wholy word. When in transe she receives Jesus messages. She is all love and heartbreaking look. She devoted her life to a religous life of praying, helping the sick and poor, she declares herself as Jesus wife. She died early at the age of 31. We need her representing 14 years old and 31 years old. Could follow the "Up" movie pattern for "Elli" character, but only as inspiration, it must have its own identity as "UP" character have propietory rights.

• Should follow the " UP" characters pattern WITHOUT making a copy of them. Just using them as source of inspiration. Must be drawn standing in front and seen turned around. Should represent the time they lived in and the ages requested :
  Francisco : 35, 53 and 70 years old
  Isabel : 14 and 31 years old
