Porteous Property Maintenance is a small business servicing the residential market for home tradesman type services, including outdoor maintenance, such as fencing, retaining walls, paving, block walls, decking, turf installation, garden beds. Indoor maintenance such as kitchen and bathroom fit outs, wardrobe customisations, wall removals, carpentry and joinery work.
We would like the logo to depict a tradie type figure, that will immediately associate to a 'home handyman/tradie' service. i.e. cartoon type character wearing a trade belt holding a hammer, or hand with hammer etc.
Would like the logo be royal blue and silver in colour - the catchphrase associated with trust & quality workmanship. Something like built on trust/quality.

HI, We are after something sharp and professional - I think I may have mislead in referring to a cartoon type character, upon reflection we are after something more robust. Something that signifies quality workmanship in the building industry. Something that portrays solid, honest and trustworthy qualities.
