Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo graphic design for a new company in South Florida called SKANDHAS - Center of Leadership and Coaching for Change. This is a professional services organization assisting senior executives and their organizations to establish their vision, core leadership values and develop strategies to enhancing their leadership skills and how they lead change more effectively. Professional services are delivered to clients in an executive coaching process through an active and collaborative partnership, in a thought provoking and creative interaction, inspiring to maximize their personal and professional potential. This is not spiritual coaching, but Skandhas is referred by Eastern Zen philosophy as the aggregates and aspects of being :Body, sensation, perception, mental formations and consciousness. They consider these aspects interdependent, impermanent and constant changing. The main focus of this executive coaching services, in enhance self-awareness, and develop and excel leadership competencies focused on a continuous changing business and organizational environment and how to lead change effectively. There are 3 key services provided : (1) Executive Coaching for Individuals and Groups, (2) Change Leadership Consulting, (3) Public Speaking engagements focused on Change Leadership. Logo should be modern and contemporary. There is a Coaching for Change Leadership Model that is used (attached file as reference to be completed soon), with 3 key groups of elements : (1) REFLECT (blue), (2) DEFINE (yellow) and (3) LEAD ( green). Each group has also 3 elements with key areas of executive coaching focus. I am working on the initial website, that you could find the draft at https://miguel-noguerol.squarespace.com/ (you can access as a visitor). The logo will be placed in the top left corner, and I am using large HD photos, so SKANDHAS should be written in light colors (or write), in the right side of the proposed logo, that probably should use lights colors as well. I am not sure if the phrase Center of Leadership and Coaching for Change should be followingthe word SKANDHAS or underneath.
