Dear Project Owner,
I'm interested in your project. But I have a small doubt...each time I submit a design, I should submit html and css also? or the winning designer only need to do the same? Please confirm on this.
Thanks ,
BC.

Hi,

I just received an invite to work on this project unfortunately i wont be able to work on it within the current budget.
I understand that you choose HTML/CSS when you first created the project in design crowd, however, designcrowd minimum budget for HTML/CSS is barely sufficient for a landing page, surely not sufficient for a whole website.
That said, i am confident that you want a responsive website, which means that whoever codes the design into a live website will need to resort to a framework (ie. bootstrap), code Javascript, and probably Jquery in order to professionally code a responsive website with elements like, slider, tabs, client side validated forms (probably use php as well here).

So with this, i am telling you that in order to achieve a professional grade website you will need more than just HTML/CSS. Don't get me wrong, i don't expect my customers to know this but it seemed evident to me that you have the wrong expectations from what you will get from this project at DC.
What i suspect that the designer you award will provide you a non responsive html+css, in other words a slice and dice commonly known as a PSD convertion to HTML/CSS, this is well.. crap (sorry my french).

If i were you, i would, (a) find a designer you want to work with and discuss the development with him (b) increae the project budget, available at the project admin area. In order to attract designer that team up with developers or (c) redefine the scope to design only, adjusting the design up or down depending on how much design work you desire and then find a developer outside DC to handle the development.

But i am not you, so all i can say is that i hope i didn't offend you with my message.
I wish you the best of luck.

Best Regards,
Paulo

Hi all There are many nice designs. Thank you. One thing : those designs with the big picture showing a person with a cell phone should not be with the person talking on the phone.

The designs with only a mobile phone, seems to indicate that what we have is somehow linked to ones phone.. while it''s a server focused thing, so the graphs on a computer screen - (as seen on https://obmondo.com) is more correct - that one can view the monitoring status on a cellphone is secondary.

would like the design to show what people get.. visually.. like https://www.hostedgraphite.com/ does with the graphs - except the graphs is only part of what people get here - they also get Servers setup correctly, and monitoring ( https://obmondo.com/img/monitoring.png - perhaps best shown with the server-list and green''s cut onto a phone screen) - and something warm and welcoming (like a person smiling and light colors)

could f.ex.show a happy person looking at an apple computer with the same graphs on it - and then showing clearly what''s on the apple computer screen (like the guy talking on the phone and then the phone clearly shown to the left - except we''re not selling something related to phones). and perhaps a server-rack with a smiling guy - and then the apple computer showing the graphs, and a phone showing the server list with green OK''s from here ( https://obmondo.com/img/monitoring.png ) - visualizing that the servers were setup - and am now monitored and graphed.
