Illustration-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We have just completed our brand new website but are lacking the right homepage banner design to effectively represent our Financial Planning company. Some words to help describe our company include:

Warmth
Security
Professionalism
Trust
Simplicity
Clarity
Tranquil
Peace of mind
Joyous
Nurture

With that in mind, we have come to the conclusion that a Bonsai Tree would be a great image to represent the company. However, due to our largely technical background, we have developed a site that is lacking on the graphical side.

What we need:

We need an design to replace the banner that currently resides at http://www.assantevancouver.com/

We are not happy with the current design or font used. The font is too playful and lacks a degree of professionalism. In general, the banner looks to "plain", although, we don't want it to be too "busy"...there is a delicate balance that would be ideal.

**I have attached the Bonsai image used for the original homepage banner - this can be used for the new design, although, we are open to new ideas for other Bonsai images that may be a better fit.
