Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo designed for a Christian environment targeting 20 to and 30 year olds. This environment consists of live music, skits and video messages. We are based in Dubai, UAE, probably the most multi-cultural city in the world with 200 nationalities living in the city. This environment is exciting, fun, and helpful. It should appeal to our target audience who are non-religious so we don't want to make the logo churchy. We want it young and fresh.

Our working tag lines is:
Mosaic
Many Cultures, One Community, One Goal. To lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our speaker is via video each week on a 6 meter wide screen, so video is important to us. One designer please make a logo that has three circles side by side that slightly overlap each other. Kind of like an old projector. The first circle should be red, the second circle blue and the last circle green. Where the red and blue overlap make it purple and where the blue and green overlap make it orange. With the word MOSAIC below it.

Another idea I came up with that I would like someone to make is to have the word MOSAIC in the middle with different shapes, colors, and sizes of blocks similar to the new miscrosoft software you see on microsoft cell phones surrounding the word.
