Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Create a logo for a multi-family loft apartments in Birmingham, AL. The 67 unit, luxury development consists of 1 and 2 bedroom units in the downtown area. Birmingham, AL has its roots in steel manufacturing. It is sometimes called Pittsburgh of the South. The development will have spectacular views of the downtown skyline and the old Sloss Furnace which is on the National Historic Registry. You can go to the website at www.ironcitylofts.com. The project has a strong facade that fits with the area's industrial manufacturing roots. I would like the logo (we will be asking for letterhead, business cards and the design for the three signs on the building rapidly thereafter) to project the feel of the city's industrial manufacturing roots. We break ground January 2, 2015.

Everyone, Thank you for your designs. We are going to spend the next few days narrowing it one. We may need a tweak or two in order to finish and close out this project and move on to the sign design. I will post that in a separate project. I appreciate everyone's efforts.
