May I submit to you a concept of design, so, once my concept of logo has been selected, the full of work will be available, or I must submit a full of work (not design concept)?

This is the first time I have requested anything like this, so not too sure how it works.

The website is currently www.beluga-catering.com , however it will be completely changed once I have a new logo.

I am trying to create a british/london themed logo, hence the red white and blue colour. If you have a better idea then I would be happy to hear it.
