what do you mean user must click? user click the banner and direct to a website? or information just show in banner?::

The viewers of the banners should be compelled to click to find out more - it should invoke a feeling of interest, curiosity, etc.

Here are a few ideas for concepts:
A banner containing one of our cigarettes flashing green (animated gif)
One person holding two cigs - one in each hand "You Cant Get Enough Of Our ECigarettes"
Animation of face shots of happy people "everyone loves green smoke!"
Something odd - animals, aliens, fire without smoke...
