Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a coffee roasting business my brother started. We will use it on the internet and marketing materials.

I copied a link below from a logo image on istock photo. He likes the one in the upper left and said he would like to use it as a guide.

He said the logo needs to inside a pie shaped circle like on the image. He said you could recreate it to look similar (positioning, shape, font, etc), but the pie needs to be subtle and not obvious. You can see a circle or see a pie..

He wants a different color. He said maybe an earthy blue or green, but maybe you could give one or two options.

In place of the star he wants a coffee bean. In place of the the coffee mug he wants the math symbol for Pi. Instead of the tree branches he wants coffee tree branches with the cherries.

For the text the words Pi Coffee Roasters. Maybe Pi in the Middle with big letters and Coffee Roasters in place of premium quality. Font can be something similar to the image, but maybe not the same.
