We are looking for something fresh and visually pleasing. We are in the mortgage and appraisal industry and many of our competitors have the same look and feel. We are doing a total revamp of our brand this year and attending 7 tradeshows throughout the year to personally meet our target market. We need to stand out and be different and memorable. A logo with a house on it just won't do. We are a third party management company who manages real estate appraisers for lenders. We have a network of over 10,000 appraisers across the United States and we are in our 9th year of business. We have perfected our processes and are ready to get out there and tell the world that we exist. What ya got?

I want to know is what style of logo U want i.e. wordmark logo or watermark logo...etc.
And have you desired for any special types of colors or no ?

Wordmark would be cool for our initials NAN but what do you do with our company name Nationwide Appraisal Network? Thoughts? We don't have a preference on colors or design. We wanted to leave that up to the designer.
