Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We require a double sided A4 portrait brochure for a new product for our company TRM Process Automation LTD.
We have created a cost effective controller that controls process medium including level, pumping, dosing etc which can control from 1 to over 200 tanks.
Our colour scheme is to be blue with maybe gray but we are open to other colours if we feel it suits our product.
The final design should incorporate a modern feel and should suit the electronic/process instrument and technology fields.
I have attached a couple of images that could be incorporated in some way or another and you can have free range on how they are incorporate.
I have also attached a brochure design made by one of the partners that i really don't like but gives you an idea of what information is required.
