I did not meant to do that. I did invite the designer eSolz to do the door hanger based on his design #5107462. We have not awarded that design to him. I messed up in the description because I did not know how to invite someone in the beginning. Can I edit that design and open it up to anyone for any kind of design?

Yes, you can upload the Design image in the brief as an example and mention that you like this type of Design. Based on this, the Designers will develop your Design.
