1.any specific color-scheme ?
2.any logo file?
3.do you want to re-use the island/map image? or we could adjust the visual(but with the same concept)?

I created a site very similar to this about a year ago and the client never used it. I'll put something together for you, but there is much more beyond what this initial comp will show.

Honestly very open on this I thought the concept of the island was good, in that easy to click on to find the usual regulars one needs in a neighbourhood. However, surprise me. I originally wanted vibrant colours, fun colours in that the site is 80% mobile app, and the web site is more of a selling tool hence most of the traffic we anticipate from smartphones and tablets... Ergo, thought the wensite could be daring and wander away from the usual pastels - however apparently not wise.
