Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Logo design for my family office company. My desired design is as follows:
I want 5 vertical bars alternating color. 3 silver bars, 2 red bars. These represent the 5 buildings of the Warbasse apartment complex. I will attach a picture of the complex. I then want two curved lines coming off the top of the middle bar--curved lines, perhaps a curved arrow. A red line(or curve) should be on top of a silver line(or curve) --and point to the northwest direction, the silver line should point more due west. These lines could be arrows or curves, or fading lines into the horizon.
