Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design (and accompanying website graphics) for a business being launched providing online professional coaching and mentoring.

Aim is on personal development, to identify tools and strategies for increasing success at work, either as an employee or manager. Content via self reading/study materials or one to one custom support.

Logo should communicate less "teaching" but more "enabling". It's not any agony aunt service but someone that empowers visitors to take action after getting a mentor's point of view or experience in consideration.

Adults of working age, either changing jobs or in employment already.
New or inexperienced managers, or employees in a new company/role.
Small and medium size companies, most likely office based.
Small business owners.
