I thought this was a job contest, where everybody had the opportunity to participate and have a chance to have their designs valued for their qualities, and not by making special "economic" private arrangements in the comments section (many designers also need to feed their families, and I believe that the prices aren't all that crazy), and besides that, I think this kind of propositions is illegal in this site, as it defeats the purpose of the whole site.
