Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

i need a sales brochure for a new visualisation software company called Virtual Design Pro.

The software has been specifically designed for manufacturers, distributers and retailers in the design / décor / furnishing / building industries. It allows customers can then import unlimited numbers of digital photos of rooms from their own home or take advantage of a library of pre-made photos, and then render different products from your catalogue into that photo to see what the finished look will be.

i have attached:
1) a mock up of the home page of the website
2) example of brochure wording that i have put together (although i am a little unsure about what other words i can add - so any suggestions here would be good)
3) i have attached some examples of other brochures that i like and would like similar designs

I am after a classy brochure used by a large corporate technology company that is given to executives and gives an impression of quality, trustworthiness and innovation.

• the colour blue as per the colours on my website mock up provided in the design brief

• I like simple, smart, clean and uncluttered design

• I like pictures that fit in with my technology (whether that be home and interior design, mixing virtual world and real world, visualising an idea) rather than basic stock of corporate people
