We need a logo for an Australian company called Heart au. We want a logo that gives the impression that we are bringing the home to life through various smart home technologies.
Heart stands for home energy and renewable technologies. There are a lot of different things that homeowners use that use electricity - from refrigerators, to heating and cooling, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, computers, TV's, etc. They also have a few ways to get electricity or hot water - solar electricity, solar hot water, and heat pumps. In this quest the customer is on their own, and they don't know what they need.
This is where Heart comes in. Imagine - you have solar on your roof. You have batteries in your garage. You are using your own power all the time, no need for the electricity company. And there is this software that communicates with everything else in your home - the refrigerator, the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, computers. This software is able to know when the home has extra energy and will turn things on to use it. And you can see everything that's going on via the online monitoring app and the app on your cell phone.
We talk to customers who are looking to reduce their energy bill and when they talk to us, they learn about different products and services that may improve their life. We educate them on these, provide recommendations, and they choose what's best for them.
Heart's positioning is simple, friendly, and accessible. With Heart, the customer talks to a home energy expert who becomes their trusted advisor. Instead of talking to a salesperson who sells just one product, they talk to an expert that can advise them on multiple products so that they get the best solution for their lifestyle. So far, customer have said things like "no other company has made it this simple to understand," "I've looked at solar for years and now I finally get it," "despite challenges during the installation Heart was always there to make it right."
