Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my construction company startup called "Urquidez Building Corporation" or "UBC". UBC will be both a commercial and residential builder.
In general, the construction industry is very traditional and old fashioned. I plan to change that by providing cutting-edge schedule and quality control techniques along with customer service that surpasses all other construction companies. With this company I plan to change the industry.
The traditional "project-management triangle" is well known: the 3 sides of the triangle are 1. schedule 2. cost 3. quality. Each side effects the other. The triangle for UBC is more progressive, using 1. communication 2. innovation 3. the Experience (not my experience, but the "Experience" of working with UBC).
The logo should incorporate both the letters "UBC" and the name "Urquidez Building Corporation" and should contain at least 2 colors. The final design should communicate the three legs of the UBC triangle (communication, innovation, the Experience) and should be a bridge between the traditional construction companies of the past and the .com startups of the 2000's and beyond.
