The domain will be GalvestonExpress.Com. It will be a new company focusing specifically on transporting tourists who fly in to Houston, TX and need transportation to and from the Galveston Cruise Ship Terminal.

Houston has two major airports, Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and Houston Hobby Airport (HOU). When designing the reservation system, please consider that the travel time is different for each. For IAH I will need to allocate 4 hours for the round trip and 3 hours for a round trip to HOU. Each leg of a round trip might have two different client groups.

For example: Group A makes a reservation for a round trip from IAH to Galveston. Let's say they fly in on a Sunday around 11:30 a.m. I will need to be at the airport to meet them obviously by 11:30 a.m. From that point in time the reservation system should allocate two hours before and two hours after the arrival time for this group. The two hours after their arrival time should be blocked out completely as this time is reserved for Group A, but the two hours before the arrival time can still be reserved by Group B who plans to fly out of Houston after a week-long cruise that has returned to Galveston.

The first reservation for the day will determine when a second reservation can be made. So if I have a day where there are not yet any reservations, the first one will define what times are available to a second group.
