T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a new edgy, grungy t-shirt design. The shirt will be part off our new Gym Rat line. Traditionally our shirts have been very clean and corporate, we are looking to go in a different direction with this new line of shirts.

I want the shirt design to say 'don't look back, you're not going that way'.
The gym's logo does not have to be plastered on the shirt, but I do want the shirt to be affiliated with the gym some how. Perhaps the gym's initials (ACSP) can go on the sleeve along with the words Gym Rat? This way our members know the shirt is part of the gym's new Gym Rat line.
I like this idea ACSP 'a four point star' Gym Rat on the sleeve.....just an idea.

If anyone is having trouble coming up with an idea, picture the Tap Out clothing line, I'm looking for the design to cover the entire shirt, perhaps something on the back of the shirt as well.

I uploaded the gym's logo to provide everyone with the theme (color, font) for the shirt.
