Dave Millet Insurance Agency, an Independent Insurance Agency which was stated on Main Street in Laplace, Louisiana on 1958 and has grown the six locations throughout South Louisiana. We sell personal (auto Homeowners flood, liability) and commercial insurance (commercial property, general liability, workers compensation, commercial auto). I am looking for a double sided card with list the five remaining locations on the back or maybe even a folded four sided card. Our home office is a two story building with a green roof. I have had a logo designed which I have attached. Open for revisions but would like to stay with in the same green roof over an M. I have attached the logo but can not tell if I was uploaded.
