We are a new company called Rational Hiring Solutions LLC that is developing a test based on the concept that rationality is a distinct and unrepresented cognitive domain. We will be developing software and (eventually) consulting services. Our vision statement is as follows:

"Rational Hiring Solutions recognizes that people are the most important component of any business. We endeavor to help businesses optimize hiring decisions by utilizing rationality as a global indicator of future performance. With our help, both businesses and the people they hire can make better decisions."
