Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi
I am looking for a logo for my website at robotsforroboticists.com . Robots for Roboticists is a technical blog for robotics engineers (ie Roboticists).

When I think robotics I thing of gears, motors, arms, wheels, circuit boards. What do you think of? (I am not interested in humanoids).

The logo will primarily be used in the top left corner of the website (where the name is now) in addition to in various advertising locations. I will also be printing it on a business card (by itself) as a handout. The space on the website is 290x80px. The logo should look professional.

Ideally the website url (robotsforroboticists.com) would be the logo in a way that it is also easy to see the name of the site (Robots for Roboticists).
