Please help to design a letterhead document which will will be used as correspondent letter to other doctors.
apart from designing the letterhead, please also do the arrangement for the format so that it can be ready to use.
Please allocate page number at the bottom of the letter and also, small print for Elite geriatric care on the bottom of the page.
the template will need to be workable on word document so that the letter can be typed out with perfect match.
