As long as you link any designs to one already submitted, or of the project owner keeps extending, the numbers grow. I gave up adding/changing, modifying as I never knew when or if it would end. At some point, this project owner has to settle or ask for a refund. The name is not really friendly towards options but it is apparent designers are still able to remain optimisitic.
