T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a triathlon team comprised of men & women aged 30-55. The company is called FTP coaching. FTP is the primary logo (see attached vector).

I would like to use a new, creative idea for the 2015 season. I have uploaded previous designs for both the triathlon and cycling kits. I like a clean professional look, nothing wild or too abstract. Specifically I am looking for a cycling jersey, matching short, triathlon top and matching short. The two different items (cycling and triathlon gear) can carry a similar theme or be distinctly different concepts. Full sublimation is available.

Key colors are scarlet red, black, white and sometimes grey. Final design should clearly display the "FTP" logo and preferably "Triathlon Team" on the back. The uniforms should be clearly visible from the front and back.
