Banner-Design Kurzbeschreibung

have a Joomla site that I have built and need a "slider" designed / drawn. I have put something together to give someone an idea of the content I need but obviously I am not skilled at creating a piece that looks good. The final file need to be a 1258 x 400 pixels in a JPG format but I would also like the original format as well in case I need to change later. I have attached 2 files. ECS-Slide.jpg is the slider I want redone and a123 is a screen shot of the website so you can see what is around it. Please feel free to play with size / shape of text and maps and be creative, what I put together was simply the only way I could think to relay what I need. The only part of the map that is relevant to me is the names in yellow with the dark black outlines. The ocean, Canada, and United sates parts do not need to be in the picture if you choose. I would like something that is more modern, crisp and professional looking. Also I am not stuck on the blue color used on the website so if you want me to change that I can. Again be creative but I am looking for a professional look. Thank you
