My purpose and passion for starting Compass are to provide an authentic leadership and personal development program based on individual context and experiential needs. I work with leaders and teams allowing them time and guidance to step back from day-to-day responsibilities in order to reassess values, purpose and strategic intent to develop a broader perspective of their leadership capacity. Through individual coaching and team development Compass specialises in delivering a depth and breadth of solutions that have proven commercial and cultural benefits to help businesses and their people grow.

The purpose of Compass is to inspire and be inspired by individuals and teams to live, love and lead authentically.
