Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
This logo will be used on letterhead, business cards, simon-mediation.com and on email marketing materials. It's needed for my expansion to Los Angeles.Dan Simon, Certified Transformative Mediator
(Certified by the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation and by Mediate.com)

As a teacher and practitioner of the transformative approach, I help parties have a constructive conversation about their differences. I received my law degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota School of Law, my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota, and my B.A., withTCM 8-6-14 #2 honors, from the University of California at Berkeley. Although I am licensed to practice law in Minnesota, I prefer to practice mediation exclusively. Before creating Simon Mediation, I worked as a business litigation attorney and as a family business consultant. Throughout my career, I have sought better ways to intervene in cases of highly emotional conflict, as well as cases that are all about money.

I am the Immediate Past Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Section. Also, I am a member of the Minnesota Supreme Court’s ADR Ethics Board (which is responsible for upholding ethical standards of ADR providers). I’m a member of the Board of Directors and also a Fellow of the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation. I have the highest possible rating (AV – Preeminent) from Martindale Hubbell and the highest possible rating (10.0 – Superb) on Avvo.com.

Muss haben
- A sense of class, sophistication and trustworthiness
Schön zu haben
- Some elements of my previous logo attached. Also, a sense that this approach is more enlightened, more cutting-edge, and healthier than dealing with lawyers would be.
