Icon-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a launcher icon for our app called "tinsel". This is an android app for people interested in film to find other people with needed skills (a director might search for actors), and then manage their film project through it's life inside the app.

We're currently working on an icon design that's a play off a filmstrip (see very poorly executed example attached), but we're very open to different ideas. We've also considered an old-style bullhorn like directors used to use.

The colors we're currently using for branding are:
#BF5656 - Logo type color
#312F40 - Logo background color
#E89063
#EFEAC5
#49A69C

Our logo is red, lowercase, and in Hipster Script Pro from FontShop (see attached). Inside the app, this is placed on a dark purple action bar (#312F40).

  Must be delivered as a Photoshop or Illustrator file in, preferably in vector format.

Sollte nicht haben

• Should not be a glossy rectangle (iOS icon). Since our launcher icon will always be right above the print version of our app's name - we do not need to have our name as part of the icon.
  
  In android, the app logo shows on the home page in the action bar - that's where the user will see our script logo. The launcher icon should stand out and bring people into the app.
