Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am launching a blog covering travel/leisure, healthy living/fitness, creative recipes (both seasonal and classic), gardening, and current events/traditions both on the San Francisco Peninsula and around the world. The name of the blog is 'Splendiferous Living' with the subtitle 'Experiencing Life In Full Bloom!'. The font and the logo need to be easily read and embody the word 'Splendiferous' (i.e; fabulous and classy, yet down to earth and beautiful.)
Perhaps jewel tones of cranberry, cobalt, deep purple or teal...? (Not sure, depends upon design.) Here are a few images we've been bouncing around to include: Large blooming flowers, California artichokes, garlic, lemons, mushrooms, monarch butterflies, redwood trees, oak trees/acorns/leaves, sunflowers, California poppies, seashells, kelp, sea otters, California Grey whale, Golden Gate Bridge, grapes/wine, fruit, Sierra Nevada mountains, San Francisco skyline, Northern California beach scene. Honestly, I'd like 'Living Life in Full Bloom!' to to be the main focus....
