We like many aspects of the current logo, and was thinking that a design with FINS on top F4 (as in our existing logo) and FOILS on the bottom would give us a lot of flexibility

I see that you've added a second place prize, could you just explain what that is for?

Hi, Thanks for your interest. We added a second place prize as an incentive for design suggestions.

Assuming your only looking for one logo to use in the end, then I would suggest it would be better to just merge that into one larger first place prize. As offering $100 for a second place is more likely to put off designers, as it is so far below an acceptable fee for a rebrand of this nature. Whereas by adding it to the original prize on offer you increase the likelihood of professional designers such as myself from committing time to the project. I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one who wouldn't be prepared to sell a rebrand for so little. No offence intended, just trying to suggest how you can receive more professional interest. Cheers

Hi, Thanks for that suggestion, this is the first designcrowd project for me, I had done the design myself before. I''m not sure we can change that at this point, but will look into a larger first prize.

Hi, I''m not sure what you mean by that. We certainly have the text content, product photos, videos, etc and can add that to the template. I designed the current website based on joomla. Its probably overkill and too complex, so we are looking to simplify it.
