Adventure Centre and Bed and Breakfast (Landing pages to start with)

Hier ist was Thrive suchte für sein landing page design.

I want two similar webpages designed for my property.
This project is for the main/landing pages at this stage (coded). If I am happy, I will discuss commission of the remaining pages (10+).
I have the domain names (thriveadventure.com and thrivebnb.com).
The property will have two functions: One - a restful/peaceful rural Bed and Breakfast, and Two - an Outdoor Pursuits/Adventure Centre.
An example of a good website for the Adventure Centre can be found here (http://www.makahika.co.nz/#about). That look with my logo and colours.
The property is being developed at the moment, so pictures will be updated once the sites go live.
I will be looking for a Booking and Payment System to be included (do you have any suggestions).
This is a great project. One that I am putting my heart and soul into. I am looking for a passionate designer who will also be enthusiastic.
