The company plans to use the 2012/2013 summer to carry out much of the necessary landscaping, roading and infrastructure work, and to begin building the first homes late in 2013 – A total estimated investment of $550 million over the next 8 years within the Gulf Harbour region.
Sustainability, green building practices and products new to the New Zealand market will be a feature of the new homes.
