Mineral Development is a 50 year old family business that has been involved in various mining activities including limerock, clay, sand and phosphate.

Third generation Lance McNeill is coming full circle, assembling the early mined lands for a secondary recover mining process, recovering high grade phosphate left behind. With new technology it is now feasible to recover the phosphate ore that could not be extracted in the early days. Not only does this provide high grade phosphate to produce much need fertilizer to grow food for the world the secondary recovery process leaves otherwise unusable land improved and ready for housing, recreation or just naturally beautiful.
