I am setting up a local business offering home made cakes. It's back to basics baking. Nothing mass made all home made using local ingredients. It's aimed at busy mum's who do not have time to make a cake. Children and adults will always want sweet treats so they can eat this without worrying about additives and dangerous chemicals.
