Logo design for new construction company

Hier ist was Select1 Construction Ltd suchte für sein logo design.

I have just started a construction company which will work for top ten UK house buliders. The company is based in Nottingham undertaking groundworks [Foundations, drainage, drives, roads and sewers etc basically turning a field into a housing state] and require a logo.
The company name is:

Select1 Construction Ltd

I don't want a logo with diggers, houses, tools etc.
I prefer a logo being created from the actual name of the company [word association ie using the C in both Select & Construction etc]. This does not means I am against a logo and am willing to consider it.
I like 3D logos/ lettering.This can be either in part or full.
I like simple contemporary designs.
