Hi there,

I am starting a cocktail and spirits consulting company that will bounce back and forth between New York City and LA. You can see how I'm best known by looking at the web sites of my bars (www.ward3tribeca.com and www.edisonrunhouse.com) and looking under my name at www.seriouseats.com, to see what it is I'm all about.
