New Urogynecology division of Large Urology group needs Logo Desing

We need a logo design for our women's urology division of our practice- Virginia Urology. We have been marketing this under Virginia Urology for Women and in some research that we have done women are not understanding what this is. We would like to market to women and use the term Urogynecology and were thinking Virginia Urogynecology or Urogynecolgy at Virginia Urology. We are open to color suggestions however would like it to be appealing to women. Fresh, crisp and eyecatching. We only do urology and gynecology for women in this division.
