Logo design needed

Hier ist was Serica Service suchte für sein logo design.

The design I think should include pink and black and grey. I was thinking potentially of a logo of a circle divided by a double "S" with a vague resemblance to the "yin / yang" symbol - although i would not want the resemblance to be too obvious.

The logo could be used independently as well as together with the "Serica Services" name.
