I am setting up a consultancy business which will target the legal. financial and private security markets. My consulatancy will create complaint handling approaches, provide management system assistance and ethical training. We will be based in Sydney, Australia and have clients throughout Australia and New Zealand. In addition, we will consult on regulatory design with regulators around the world, particularly in the legal and financial fields.
