Logo Design for Footwear Scholarship

I'm looking for a logo for a new scholarship fund set up for veterans working in the footwear industry. The logo will be featured on both print and digital pieces and should be simple and clean. The official name is: The Footwear Warriors Scholarship Fund. It is offered through www.twoten.org (a charitable nonprofit) and should reflect the color palette used on the website. Two Ten's primary color is PMS 2728; secondary is PMS 377 followed by PMS 186. Black is an option as well as knocked out type for placement. The main sponsor for this fund manufacturers boot soles for the military, so using a footprint is an option.
