Fun, funky logo needed for a sports CIC (Community Interest company)

Hier ist was Sport4Health suchte für sein logo design.

Sport4Health is a Community Interest Company (i.e. a social enterprise where all assets and surpluses are reinvested for the benefit of the community) dedicated to helping people become fitter and healthier through active participation in sport. Our aim is to provide individuals and groups with the opportunity to engage in healthy activity on a regular basis in order to attain the many benefits that exercise offers as well as the chance to make new friends, learn new skills and achieve personal goals.

The logo needs to cover inclusion, achievement for all types of people (including disabled/disadvantaged) and aiming high. We were thinking that a motif of two arms linking in a high five could be a good motif; the inclusion of the motif and title within a framework, such as used by American-style sports teams, might work well. The logo needs to be reproducible on t-shirts. The cooler the better as the t-shirts and sports clothing will be worn by teenagers.
