Logo For a Start-up company

Hier ist was WhatsHot suchte für sein logo design.

Hey guys,
We are a start-up company who's developing a real time event mobile app.
Key notes:
*The sentiment that the logo should convey is of TIme and more specifically Real Time.
**Logo should be very simple, minimalists, highly memorable
***Colors should match the standard colors of the whatshot app.
Yellow: R254 G234 b10
Orange: R255 G145 B2

*The Logo should be also used to navigate inside the app - I added pictures of the app so you can understand (instead of the Compass that is right now)
**In order to focus your vision and creative thinking, I would say the LOGO should be based on the idea of a CLOCK but no just any A clock, the thinking of a clock but in a more abstract way, something special that you can understand it's a clock but you don't necessarily see a clock !
