Company Logo JSB

I would like to get a design for a logo for my company. I need both a black and white and a 2 colour version. I need the logo to scale up (for letterhead, reports, web) and down (for business cards). I want the logo to represent my brand and be recognisable as such.

I've always been keen to use my initials in some way - J, S, B as possibly making up the logo - but essentially to make a fluid and dynamic shape. My business is about consulting to other businesses and when things are going well they are 'flowing' so the logo should give this sense of movement..
