We are seeking a logo design for a new luxury mixed use community being developed in the Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore City, MD (Apartment with 1st floor Commercial/Retail tenants). The Property will be 171 units (one 6 story building) with an interior courtyard, with about 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail with a possible restaurant.

The project is an adaptive reuse of a former department store warehouse turned office building. The Mount Vernon neighborhood is located just north of Downtown Baltimore. It is known for its affiliation with art and is home to several well-known cultural institutions, including:
